Bad Mojo: The Roach Game 'Redux'
- date: July 27, 2006
So yeah, Bad Mojo is an old PC game that I seen in a gaming magazine, WAY back when the new system everyone was dying to know about was the "Ultra 64". I recently found it at an EBGames close by, remade in 2004, and it caught my interest again. So, anyone ever play this unique-looking game? If so, is it worth the 15-20 bucks? From what I've read, it was a cult smash hit, so just wonderin' what you guys think.
Here's a link to the game's site, just in case noone knows what the heck I'm talkin' about:

If you're experiencing any issues with the game reporting "bad serial number", please follow these steps:

2. Launch Steam as an administrator. You can do this by right-clicking on Steam.exe (located in C:\Program Files\Steam by default) and then clicking "properties".
3. Run ArmA again
Can I play Battlefield Bad Company 2 on Windows 7?
- date: March 1, 2011
Hi, I'm Volt, I have recently discovered the Battlefield series and am tired of CoD. I want to purchise BFBC2 for my PC, but I noticed it said it only works on Vista and XP. Does this mean it will not work on Windows 7? I think I could really get into this game, but I don't want to buy it if I can't play it. Does anyone know the answer to this?
Also, does anyone know the release date for the next Battlefield (And is there a difference between a Battlefield and a Bad Company Battlefield?)?
One last thing, is a mouse and keyboard a preferable controller? I don't want to use a 360 controller.
Will Windows 8 be so bad it will severely damage the company?
- date: October 9, 2012
I know many of us don't bother with it, but I use Windows every single day. And, I'm very concerned about Windows 8. I think Microsoft is trying to split the difference in a desktop and a tablet UI to move the company into the Post PC age. But, by all accounts I've seen - it looks like they've ended up with something that fails on both fronts.
Windows depends on the enterprise, which are not about to throw away all machines and move into tablets. And, I think the steep learning curve will prevent the enterprise from upgrading.
I'd love to be wrong, but I think on October 28th, they will be releasing the thing history writes about as the beginning of the end for the company. Of course, that alternative is that MS is now so irrelevant that no one really notices.
Bad Company 2 memory leak on 64 bit Windows
- date: January 10, 2012
I just reinstalled Windows 7, the 64 bit version (I was previously using 32 bit) and now when I play Bad Comapany 2, after a while (less than a minute) the game will just completely freeze up (sometimes the audio gets stuck and loops) and the whole computer is unresponsive for a minute or so... then it crashes without an error.
It's not Punkbuster, because I tested single player and the same thing happens. I heard it could be caused when people used cracked versions of Windows but mine is completely normal and legitimate. I've also heard it could sometimes be caused by Realtek onboard sound chips, but I still get the problem after disabling it. (Which is not a good solution anyway because I don't have any other sound card I could use)
I ran Task Manager and I found that after a little while after loading the level, everything would be normal and all of a sudden the memory usage would go up like crazy until BFBC2.exe was using over 2gbs of ram; the memory usage would go up to 99% and at

Windows 7 or Vista fix for Slow Menus, Bad FPS
- date: September 19, 2009
OH YEAH!! This game is AMAZING!! But sadly... it lags worse than trying to play Fallout 3 with fully loaded graphical content. I spent a great deal of time researching the issue and found out the largest issue was with DirectX. It turns out Windows Vista and 7 emulate the older versions of DirectX. Further more it lags when playing SEV with 32 bit graphics enabled. I found out that setting the game to 16 bit graphics rather than 32 bit GREATLY increases the FPS. Microsoft Flight = Windows Vista Redux?
- date: May 19, 2012
Is it just me or does it seem like Flight suffers from the same issue Vista suffered from, released before it was finished?
Why would you launch a pay for content game without much meaningful content? How can they charge good money for unfinished content aka planes without cockpit views?
It would not be so bad if we would add data such as prop pitch and mixture to the on-screen display for those planes without cockpits but we can't.
I do like the game very much and have managed to rack up almost 600k XP in less than 2 weeks of playing but after making the mistake of purchasing the P-51, I'm finding difficult to recommend this game to my gamer friends.
Hopefully Microsoft will pull a Windows 7 out of a hat soon for Flight.
PS. This is my first post on Steam
Forgot your Windows Live ID? Too bad!
- date: August 25, 2013
After years of off and on forum posting and support tickets being sent in to the windows live help desk about changing Live ID e-mail and security e-mails, I gave up.
Now here I am a year later not knowing what e-mail I eventually got my account changed to and now I am locked out of all my Windows Live games. Forgot Password? Sorry! the 1 single security question you did 4 years ago has been attempted too many times. Support? Sorry service is unavailable right now!
UPDATE: I did that questionnaire thing and instantly got my account back. BUT Windows Live login doesn't recognize it a a REAL ID login...
So now that my rant is done... Question. Will I be able to enjoy the games I payed money for again when this #@$^ windows live shuts down next year?
